WHAT can be returned/refunds
● Cannot ship the items on time, or cannot backorder them on time
The system will show you the Estimated Time of Arrival of each product before you check out.;If we cannot ship the items on time, or cannot backorder them on time after you place order. You can refund your purchase. Please contact our customer service by email : firstname.lastname@example.org.
After confirmation, the refund will process within 5 days.

● Order arrives and it is not right or damaged
If your order arrives and it is not right or damaged, we will fix it, NO NONSENSE, we promise. All you have to do is contact our customer service by email : email@example.com and we will take care of that.
1. We can only accept products that have not been used or worn.
2. If you would like to return a product it must be be in exactly the same condition as when it arrived.
3. If we see that a product has been worn, is damaged, is dirty, scuffed or has suffered general use, we will not be able to accept the product and issue a refund.
All items need to be in orginal packaging for returns. Helmets, suits, gloves, pants etc. must be packed in their original packaging. Every piece of packaging material your product came in (like boxes, bags, plastic covers etc) must be returned with your purchase. If items arrive without their original packaging or some of the packaging is missing, we cannot accept the item.
